What happens next
- A short call or text. Who will use the tub, how they get in and out today, and what matters most.
- Measurements or photos. The tub alcove, the bathroom door and the floor in front of the tub. Photos from your phone are fine, or a measuring visit can be arranged.
- A written quote. Model, features, every part of the work, and the expected install days. Take your time and share it with family.

- The length and width of the current tub, and the width of the bathroom door
- The size and age of your water heater (on its label)
- Whether the person uses a cane, walker or wheelchair
- Any VA, Medicaid waiver or Area Agency on Aging case worker involved
